- Participate in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of Governance Policy and Standard. Coordinate the reviews and updates through all stages of socialization before the publication.

Designed and created monthly operational reporting that serves as an overview to the Executive Management Team, on the status of the Governance Committee Inventory creation.

Member of Global AML Transaction Filtering System Management Team responsible for:
- transaction filtering system management - system lead of filters and their components
- cooperation with local, regional and global stakeholders from across AML Operations to translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose designs
- optimisation and risk management for all TF systems
- coordination of PL based part of the team of Business Analysts (transfer work stack, assign the tasks, track the progress and quality of deliverables, perform training, escalate issues etc.)

Main achievements: high motivation towards up skilling and transferring new processes to PL resulted in creation of a team owning processes and fully supporting UK based part of the team. Created the team from scratch, starting with recruitment process and training to ownership of new responsibilities and transfer of new processes from UK and NL.

Member of virtual global product management team, able to share and transfer processes, lead and train new joiners.
