Close cooperation with CFO and Board of Directors

Preparing Annual Financial Statements for three companies.
Preparing Consolidated Financial Statement for whole capital group consisting of 8 companies, including one foreign subsidiary
Participating in tax optimisation programs,
Participation in the process of remodelling capital group.
Supervising reporting activities in respect of taxes, GUS, NBP
Cooperation with tax and financial auditors

Preparing financial, annual plans ( Profit and Loss statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement)
Preparing quarterly Business Reviews
Preparation of financial reporting system for foreign (based in Ukraine) subsidiary company. Monitoring company’s actual financial condition

Preparing monthly financial reports
Ad-hoc analysis
Budget analysis for various departments within the company ,
Profitability Analysis ( brands, sub-brands , product groups and other dimensions)
New investment projects valuation

Participation in Project based in Romania, focused on creation and implementation processes and procedures into new-established pension fund.
Creation and implementation , procedure that matches participants contributions with participants account, and converts them into units of participation
Implementation of fund accounting system. Choosing proper (in respect of law regulations) valuation method for each asset in custody of Pension fund.
