- evaluation of Customer faults reported via Resolve tool - providing fault corrections, workarounds or technical advices, coordination of correction delivery, emergency clearing as well as SW maintenance packages, prioritizing customer requests,
- experience as a user of: BMC Remedy User, RNC Element Manager, NetAct applications, WBTS Site Manager, EMIL tool,
- revision of impact on customers' networks - KPIs' evolution and drive test logs analysis - introduced by a new BTS SW (basic functionalities, corrections' validation, activation of new 3G/3,5G features on BTS and RNC level) as well as taking appropriate actions in case of various situations,
- participating in special projects (short list test and customer pilots, important troubleshooting activities) on site or driving remotely the support.
