12.2017 - 12.2019: Project Director at the LK7 and LK6 projects at IDS-BUD S.A.: developing and managing projects schedules and budgets, monitoring build progress, overseeing fieldworks, cost control and ensuring projects quality, scheduling and coordinating internal and external resources, scope of projects: fibre optic lines and SRK lines (copper cables) construction projects along the LK7 Warszawa–Lublin railway line around Pilawa, Garwolin, Dęblin, Puławy and Lublin, and along the LK6 Małkinia – Kietlanka railway line in Małkinia area for PKP PLK S.A.
