02.2020 - actual: Cost Control Manager at the Visbreaking Unit project at IDS-BUD S.A.: project financial management, monitoring and control of the implementation of the project within the approved budget and profitability forecast, working with industry managers to analyse costs and planned scope, the audit of the participants in the consortium, monitoring, controlling and reporting KPIs defined in customer contract, scope: integrated refining and petrochemical complex for PKN ORLEN S.A. – project budget >750 million-zloty

12.2017 - 12.2019: Project Director at the LK7 and LK6 projects at IDS-BUD S.A.: developing and managing projects schedules and budgets, monitoring build progress, overseeing fieldworks, cost control and ensuring projects quality, scheduling and coordinating internal and external resources, scope of projects: fibre optic lines and SRK lines (copper cables) construction projects along the LK7 Warszawa–Lublin railway line around Pilawa, Garwolin, Dęblin, Puławy and Lublin, and along the LK6 Małkinia – Kietlanka railway line in Małkinia area for PKP PLK S.A.

03.2014 - 12.2016: Project Director at Green Operator Sp. z o.o.: management of complex technology with a high probability of contract risk for the local government administration projects, change management on project scope, schedule, cost and quality, lead the implementation project teams (internal and external resources), responsibility for pre-sales and sales process activities, the primary interface to the customer for the implementation operations, scope of projects:
- design, build and deploy the NSSD network in 11 months: FO >480 km, 13 eLTE base stations, 387 Wi-Fi Hotspots, 100 active nodes, 2 Managements Centres, CRM, billing, inventory and CCTV systems – project budget >52 million-zloty
- maintenance of the ŚRSS network and providing broadband services – project budget >45 million-zloty
- e-Inclusion projects – project budget >3 million-zloty

reporting to Board Management, managing: 3 areas (technical, sales and IT), >300 employees:

- planning, deployment and maintenance of telecommunications systems and networks (IP/MPLS, SDH/DWDM, VoIP and TDM, Fibre Optic and access network) and IT systems (NMS, Inventory, Antifraud, HRMS, SharePoint), yearly budget >100 million-zloty
- reorganize sales department, execute yearly sales plan >240 million-zloty

reporting to the General Director of 3GNS Company, HQ, (6-month contract):

UMTS and GSM network start up, transmission connections for hubs and base stations (roll-out: > 1000 new base stations):
- planning and deployment of transmission networks (radio access network, SDH, Ethernet, IP)
- responsibility for buyback access network project (2000 radio links)
- planning, negotiating and activation of points of present with carrier's access network (TK Telekom, Crowley, Exatel, Emitel, Hawe)

reporting to CTO, managing: 4 departments, 90 employees:

- planning and deployment of telecommunications systems and networks (IP MPLS, SDH/DWDM, ATM, PSTN and VoIP, FO core and access network, radio access network)
- management and coordinating of projects: 10G DWDM and STM-64 SDH network development, IP MPLS network extension (40Gbps core links), access radio network development (base on WiMAX technology), responsibility for services implementation for customers, creation and realization of investment and procurement plans, yearly budget >100 million-zloty

reporting to CEO of Clearwire Poland and to CTO of Clearwire Europe:
- Project Manager for WiMAX Network in Poland (25 base stations in 2006, 30 base stations in 2007)
- taking a part in building the European WiMAX Network (7 countries in Europe)

11.2004 - 04.2006 Director of Telecommunications Network Department, reporting to the CEO of EXATEL SA. Managing: 3 departments, 100 employees:
- responsibility for TEL-ENERGO and TELBANK companies integration process – playing a key role in merging process, Leader of 3 areas: NOC, Network Maintenance, Network and Products Integration
- planning and deployment of telecommunications systems and networks, responsibility for network operation and network maintenance
- creation and realization of investment and procurement plans, management of investment processes
- responsibility for technical conception and for preparing maintenance services offer for TETRA project

11.2002 - 11.2004 Director of Telecommunications Department, reporting to CTO, managing: 4 departments, 130 employees:
- responsible for reorganization process in TEL-ENERGO: IP network, SDH and DWDM network, voice switches network, radio and cable access network; integration all of this areas and creation of organization structure, procedures and principles of operation of Network Operation Centre, Network Maintenance, Network Planning and Service Implementation

02.2001 - 11.2002 Planning and Development Data Transmission Network Manager, reporting to Project Director and to Network Planning Department Director:
- Project Manager for IP MPLS Network Project, the first IP MPLS network in Poland – project budget >60 million-zloty
- responsibility for creation of organisational structure, arranging the maintenance and network management teams

64 employees in regions and 14 employees in HQ:
- creation of organisational structure and management of Network Maintenance Department in Warsaw and in 9 Regions in Poland
- network start-up, acceptance tests and maintenance of all main hubs, Alcatel A9900 LMDS base stations, Cisco, Xylan and Assured Access routers and switches
