Technical Supplier Development Engineer (TSD) for Europe in Honeywell Turbo Technologies Division (former Garrett) in Specialty Products commodity –stamping, plastic injection, electronics, etc. Unique position in Europe to support Passengers Vehicles –only one TSD for Europe in Specialty Products commodity –supporting North America Commercial Vehicles market too. Reports to Technical Supplier Development Worldwide Manager. Responsible for development of suppliers whenever is new manufacturing process used, new material/technology or new part produced for company .

Quality Supervisor in new plant (founded in Dec 2006). Supervising four internal quality departments (Process Audit -2 Quality Engineers and 6 Quality Auditors; Supplier Management -1 Supplier Quality Engineer and 2 Purchased Parts Administrators; Metrology Laboratory -3 Technicians; Metallurgy Laboratory -1 Technician). Responsible for plant Quality, Problem Solving, support to Customers (PPAPs, complaints, improvement meetings, etc.), Internal and External Audits and all things related to Quality in the plant.

Reports to plant Quality Manager and Supplier Manager for Europe located in Technical Centre in Paris. Supervising 4 Supplier Quality Engineers, 2 Advanced Quality Engineers and 3 Receiving Inspection Auditors. Responsible for Supply Management Process, supports Problem Solving, PPAP from Suppliers’ approval, Corrective actions verification, New Projects implementation, Support to plant Quality System, Cost Recovery process, Problematic Suppliers’ problem solving and problem escalation, Improvements Meeting with Suppliers, Problem Solving methodology implementation within the team. Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Awaiting for Six Sigma Transactional Black Belt certificate.
