inlevel mission is to work for professionals to support them to benefit in software products. inlevel.com is being designed not only and not primarily for CIOs and IT people. It aims at "normal" business professionals and workgroups who are looking for lightweight, easy too implement and use software than can swiftly bring measurable benefits. In addition, inlevel is developing sourcing process based on VRM that allows non-IT people to discuss with software vendors their needs, agree on conditions in competitive environment, and later monitor the progress and results of the implementation.
Partner Strategy and Development Manager
After Microsoft decision to redefine its partner strategy and build new, stronger partners dedicated organization I took responsibility for Microsoft partner channel marketing. My responsibility covers long term planning, channel capacity assessment, readiness programs, certifications, dedicated promotion activities, channel incentives and motivations. With 6 people team and with strong cooperation with product marketing teams and segment sales teams I work on velocity of more than 8000 Microsoft partners operating in all segments and offering all products from Microsoft portfolio both in transactional and solution approach.
Dynamics Business Group Lead
After Microsoft decision to enter in Enterprise Resource Planning area from Microsoft side I took responsibility for external company Navision integration and establishing Microsoft presence on Polish enterprise software application market. I led all processes regarding marketing strategy, partner channel development, internal and external brand awareness and people development. After three year Polish MBS division become the fastest growing ERP vendor on Polish market and one of the best in EMEA region.
Account Manager Enterprise Group
I was responsible for building relationship with largest companies in financial industry in Poland. It means building high quality personal relationships, identifying common projects in services and new products and technologies area and also detailed profiling and quantifying income. Organize and coordinate project teams including pre-sales, partners, services. My responsibility was proper coordination Microsoft’s resources directly involved in cooperation with customers: legal, licensing and international issues, presales, services and support. My concern was also to organize events, meetings and conferences for customers.

IFS Central and Eastern Europe
Within IFS I had primary responsibility for business development in Central and Eastern Europe including Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, countries of former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria. I was directly involved in whole process of establishing new IFS subsidiary in Czech Republic (market research, business plans, and agreements preparations). I am also involved in sales activities in Poland – it resulted in successful conclusion of two major ERP contracts with international companies.
