- Managing a team of expert recruitment consultants specialized in Procurement and Supply Chain/Logistics areas
- Ensuring that sales and profitability meet and exceed personal and team targets
- Conducting end to end recruitment processes
- Creating sourcing strategy including various methods (e.g. database search, networking, head-hunting, referrals)
- Supporting various HR Consultancy projects - e.g. Development Center, salary surveys, market mapping
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Client relationship management & business development

My duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for prospecting and developing new projects for clients, starting at the solution design and sale, until project completion and after care
- Negotiation of commercial terms, depending on project feasibility
- Development of recruitment projects for logistics & procurement professionals
- Providing consulting services to several clients regarding role design, skills required, searching and evaluating professionals and market mapping
- Responsible for deepen relationships with clients and candidates, as well as prospecting new accounts and projects

My duties and responsibilities:

- Development of recruitment projects for logistics & procurement professionals, focused in middle and top management positions. Key areas of expertise: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Demand and Supply Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain Projects, Warehousing and Distribution, Transportation, Import and Export
- Developing Clients portfolio, gaining new Clients
- Negotiating terms of agreements
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand staff needs
