- working closely with various well known Clients and Stakeholders from banking sector (these include Citigroup, Santander, HSBC and more) on advanced reporting solutions (mainly using Business Objects XI and Excel functionalities)
- coordinating external and internal reports delivery schedule and managing reports lifecycle (from designing- consultacy - development - automation - through schedule,delivery and implementing improvements)
- providing consultancy on best reporting solutions for KPI and SLAs measurement

- coordinating reports delivery schedule for various Clients from banking sector (assuring on time delivery and accuracy)
- monitoring KPIs and SLAs, developing tools for analysis on agency usage and recruitment activity tracking
- managing invoicing process from the reporting perspective
- taking part in new processes implementation, reports development using Business Objects advanced functionalities and automation, adjusting reports to new process
- acting as team leader for team of 7 people
