Demand Planner and logistic coordinator PL and Baltics
- Demand Planning process implementation in local business,
- Analysis of forecast (based on numeric handle / units per handler) on gross sales perspective built on sell in / sell out data based on cooperation with marketing, trade marketing and sales department, maintaning of forecastig process, preparing a demand model (12 months rolling period);
- Forecast accuracy measure for individual SKUs / brands – tools and process implementation (FA / MAPE / BIAS),
- Coordination and support of local demand planner on reporting part at Baltics (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia).
- Developing and maintaining of supply planing process, based on inventory level of local and Czech warehouse and current demand – production, sales and inventory analysis; replenishment update – SAP APO,
- Production planning, cooperation, coordination and control of the order cycle within external suppliers – based on contract agreement,
- Reporting of stock level projection / sales / inventory on monthly basis / aging stock risk etc.,
- Supervision on quality of cooperation of logistic services according to agreement (including claims) and negotiations of any changes in agreement,
- Implementation of any needed improvements to ameliorate efficiency and optimize logistic costs,
- Cooperation of rework for Mass Market dedicated SKUs and other promo SKUs related to pharmacy market,
- Supervision on cooperation with operator responsible for shipping of parcels (promo materials, products) to Walmark employee’s.

Demand Planner
- Ensuring preparation of the draft strategic sales plan based on data from previous years, forecast growth in given categories, and planned marketing activities, taking into account the specificity of the different product groups,
- Verifying the volume strategic plan on a quarterly basis,
- Preparing monthly sales forecast: prepare statistical forecast, cooperate with the Sales department in preparation of forecasts for particular sales channels, prepare forecast for individual categories in cooperation with the Marketing department, participate in approval of the final sales forecast,
- Analyzing accuracy of sales planning for individual products in given sales channels, as well as other KPI’s : to achieve high case fill rate, to minimize operational costs and supply chain losses, to monitor FA / BIAS score,
- Reporting daily sales, monthly sales, comparing with AOP/internal targets, weekly forecast validation and other needed analyzes,
- Analyzing PSI reports (Production Sales & Inventory) with Supply Planners for all plants on weekly basis to highlight possible risks,
- Participating in optimization of SKU,
- Monitoring stock level to ensure the best customers orders service level.

- Managing and keeping up-to-date clients and contracts databases and tracking sheets,
- Tracking of marketing spending vs. budgets by client and follow-up with finance,
- Updating and checking marketing reports,
- Follow-up on orders progress.
