Project management:
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end for UK customers.
Define project scope, goals, budget and deliverables. Identify and manage project dependencies, timelines, milestones and critical path. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Analyze results and trouble shoot problem areas. Liaise with other departments of the company: Development, Testing, Technical underwriting, Project Implementation, Sales and Marketing.

People management:
Delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Main point of contact for project stakeholders.

Successful coordination of the Marketing communication strategy in Romania. Responsible for the successful delivery of marketing projects. Coordinated over 100 marketing offline and online communication projects and managed a product portfolio of over 200 products: pricing, forecasting, launches and promotions.

Internal trainer for Amway Business Center Europe: for over 200 employees of Amway Krakow on the topic of beauty and skin care; for the Marketing department on: online content management, SharePoint 2010, Ticket Tool.
Interim European online communication coordinator during the launch of the new e-commerce platform in Western European markets.

Supervised the delivery of 12 international projects supported by European funding and implemented in over 20 countries. Managed the team of 3 project managers of the organization. Created procedures, instructions, plans and schedules. Delivered presentations, main contact for the media. Managed the international network of partners and internal and external stakeholders. Budget management. Methodology analysis and proposal of improvements.
