EMEA Associate Recruiter
Supporting recruitment process for Whirlpool – the leading major home appliance manufacturer
in the world.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Senior Recruiters/Recruiters and periodically with hiring managers;
• Attract top talents across EMEA, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies;
• Execute direct talent sourcing and screening;
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions;
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data;
• Suggest recruitment process improvements - we are always looking for ideas how to be better
in the world.
Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and coordination of the recruitment activities in terms of assigned projects across EMEA
• Coordinate all elements of candidate interviews and assessments scheduling
• Being one of the main points of contact for candidates from EMEA region
• Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system in real time (Lumesse Talentlink)
• Sourcing the candidates, job advert posting
• Phone screening
• Trouble shooting and highlighting day to day issues to the manager
in the world.
