SAP configuration/customizing activities, application maintenance and helpdesk support regarding FI and CO modules. I have assisted two SAP roll out projects and am currently working on a full cycle SAP implementation for a division of one of the major European banks.
My so-far experience includes following activities:
- Executing project phases according to the Accelerated SAP Methodology (BBP preparation, project realization, system implementation, go-live and support).
- Data collection, conversion and upload.
- System customizing and configuring according to client’s requirements.
- Preparing meeting reports and activity plans.
- Editing technical documentation (Business Blue Print/technical documents/end-user manuals).
- Preparing business proposals and helpdesk contracts.
- SAP helpdesk: analysing and solving end-users problems, meeting agreed SLAs and deadlines.

The position required multiple tasks from the fields of office management and accounting. My main duties were:

- Preparation of worksheets and completion of accounting cycles, cash controls, account receivables and payables, cost accounting.

ITS Ltd. working with Getronics & CSC
ICT Assets Management for Zurich Insurance PLC.
Internal audit of over 70K IT assets across a number of Zurich Insurance PLC sites in the US, Canada, Germany, Switzerland and the UK involving over a hundred of auditors in order to update the central database in real-time.
Main responsibilities:
- Training and supporting auditors in use of PDA application.
- Auditor manual preparation.
- Data collection and processing.
- Assisting in data analysis and reconciliation.
- Troubleshooting reported issues.

- Customer service activities (arrangement of onsite assistance, providing details regarding scheduled activities, collecting and processing feedback).
In particular:
- Liaising with other helpdesks and data providers with service related issues.
