• Driving the implementation process of the transition from business trip model to the assignment model across the service department
• Providing knowledge of HR operations, policies and processes
• Driving the implementation of numerous HR processes in response to operational needs of the company (recruitment, working time management under the equivalent working time method, annual leave planning, onboarding and exit processes)
• Ensuring the company is acting in compliance with immigration and International Labor Law requirements across EU countries
• Main point of contact for HR and Payroll processes for employees

• Liaising with external legal experts in a process of relocation policy making

• Preparing cost projection based on selected provisions to provide managers with an estimated cost of the transfer to determine Executive Level business approval of the transfer.
• Extensive engagement with expatriates to relay and explain the compensation and benefits reward package.
• Calculation of allowances and compensation benefits in accordance with the client’s pre-determined policy.
• Preparing start and end of assignment notification forms and instructing client’s Payroll and HR departments in an accurate and timely manner to ensure compliance.
• Co-ordination of tax, immigration and social security services to ensure an assignee’s move into a country is made as quick as possible whilst also adhering to legal requirements.
• Managing of supplier activity on behalf of the assignee to enable them to be in contact with less people throughout the move to make it more seamless to the assignee.
