IT Business Information Lead
Main responsibilities:
- Propose and oversee the IT Business Information strategy for the HGSS (Heineken Global Shared Service) and ensure business support to the development of the long-term strategy for the HGSS, in alignment with Heineken IT strategy, policies and principles.
- Initiate and formulate the project definition and a proposal in close co-operation with the business and provider.
- Initiate and participate in IT development projects as a supplier representative.
- Translate the service request of the business into a new product/service.
- Maintain and build relationships with internal customers and relevant parties.
- Determine the content of the program, guard coherence between the initiatives based on the priorities set by business process owners, together with business portfolio responsible manager(s) and whenever appropriate initiate decision making on continuing / adjust / stop of individual projects in a program.
- Maintain and keep track of IT and business developments and share knowledge with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide IT advice and analysis to the HGSS Management Team to support decision making with the technology solutions to support improvements, in line with rules, policies, procedures and legislation.
- Assist the transition team by managing and coordinating the IT component of the transition into the HGSS.
- Gather, interpret and identify IT developments and trends within the business / market and recommend measures to the process owner if necessary.

- SAP implementation in company sales office (Dusseldorf, DE). Process design, implementation, training, post go-live support, retain (Go live - January 2014).
- SAP implementation in Winsford, UK (Feb. 2013)
Main responsibilities:
- Providing customer support and maintenance of business processes within applications, carrying out corrective actions in a timely manner and help to keep company applications up to date.
- Detailed design and prototype - designing enhancements to existing software/packages within processes or designing new applications to meet user requirements. Assisting with the creation of prototypes for user approval.
- Developing and executing training of information technology solutions to business users.
- Building expertise with assigned application area - using of specialist technology and software knowledge that helps in problem solving, tests and training preparation.
