- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including fields of finance and accounting;
- Training of new employees;
- Building positive relations with Clients and candidates;
- Identification and contact with candidates through various available channels (databases, social media such as Linkedin, Goldenline, direct search);
- Creating job advertisements;
- Conducting employment process: preparing personnel files, organizing medical examinations, preparing temporary employment contracts, annexes to agreements, certificates of employment etc.;
- Work on payroll systems like: Enova;
- Contact with existing and new customers and attract new business contacts;
- Making offers and negotiating terms of cooperation;
