Production of steel constructions

CAD duties, preparation of production
- design of steel constructions in CAD (assembly and
detailed drawings): balconies, stairs, handrails,
industrial buildings, structural steel constructions
for various types of buildings (e.g. steel
constructions for the project of the entire new city
of Adamstown west of Dublin, multi-million projects of
residential and business buildings in Stepaside
near Dublin) and others,
- utilised AutoCad 2008 and Inventor,
- preparation of the production documentation,
- product pricing,
- responsible for producing detailed CAD drawings from
concept as well as based on customer’s drawings,
sketches or product models,
- visitations of building site before and during
product’s design process,
- correspondence and meetings with suppliers as well as
project’s engineers, customers, consulting companies,
- providing complete documentation of the designed
products to the production department as well as to
the other companies.

Production of contact lenses

CNC, manufacturing duties
- monitoring of the production lines and analysis of
their efficiency,
- actions improving the production lines capacity,
- product’s and raw material’s NDT quality audits with
usage of electronic equipment,
- reparation and/or replacement of the broken components
of the production lines,
- programming of the machines: moulding machines,
positioners and others,
- operating with pneumatic systems, vision control
cameras, sterilisers, 6 axis robots, moulding
machines, printing lasers and others,
- trainings of new manufacturing team members,
- work in highly regulated production environment,
- daily reporting to the main engineer regarding to the
yield increasing actions and the production lines’
performance.

Production of ventilation fittings, industrial lifts,
and product casings as well as various products ordered by the customers.

CAD duties
- product design in CAD: SPIRO ventilation fittings;
welded constructions; industrial lifts; housings for
machines, computers, telecommunication cabinets; VW
Transporter components; highway sound barriers and
others (assembly and detailed drawings) as well as
product pricing,
- regular meetings with the customers: product’s
technical problems solving, production schedule
adjustments, products’ testing procedures,
- design based on customer’s drawings, drafts or models,
- coordinated with other engineers to improve and modify
CAD drawings for enhancements of the products.
- calculated production methods and materials to improve
quality,
- created new libraries of CAD projects for future
reference,

CAM/CNC, manufacturing duties
- CNC machines programming in CAM: laser and plasma
cutting machines, punching machines, automatic bending
press, electro-erosion machine, as well as operating
on plasma and laser CNC machines during the product’s
initial production,
- preparation of the production technology for designed
products (from the raw material to the finished
product- including methods of packaging, product
assembly, product’s quality testing procedures),
utilised production and quality control cards,
- responsible for the production launch on newly bought
CNC machines; monitoring of the initial manufacturing
process- product’s quality, increasing yield, fixing
technical problems,
- providing technical assistance during product’s
manufacturing process,
- received trainings for various CNC machines in Holland
and Finland,
- trainings of new CNC machines operators,
- duties of internal auditor of ISO 9001.
