Project Coordinator
Project coordination in IT department during new ERP systems deployment. Currently involved mainly in trainings coordination and delivery of the Hybris system during the launch of all European markets.
Key areas of expertise include:
• Providing project coordination to the ongoing Business Transformation program (replacing old systems (e.g. AS400) with the new e-commerce platform SAP Hybris in the Business Transformation Team
• Tracking project status, reporting risks and issues with the help of tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.), following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation
• Coordinating preparation activities and planning for project events, onboarding sessions, discovery workshops and collaboration meetings
• Organizing and delivering trainings on the new system Hybris for the end-users within the organization
• Mapping out training plans and schedules, developing training programs
• Defining trainings scope and timeline for the ongoing and further Roll-ins
• Adjusting requirements with market specifics, aligning with market representatives, dealing with challenges
• Consulting with respective stakeholders to identify and assess training needs
• Coordinating onsite and off-site training activities for employees
• Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
• Maintaining updated curriculum database and training records
• Tracking and reporting on training outcomes
• Continually evaluating training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed

documents such as applications, orders, data changes, resignations, reactivations, renewals and other necessary requests for the database accuracy for Spanish, UK and Russian markets
• coordinating the flow of all working documents in liaison with other staff members and units involved
• executing and maintaining correspondence with the affiliates of the assigned markets via e-mails, contact management platform
• Ensuring confidentiality of information, service level adherence and achieving key performance indicator targets.
