ExternalRole following the projects company in GCC &MENA
 Preparing weekly and monthly reports i.e. DPR (Daily Progress Report) attend meeting with clients
 “Minutes of meeting “HSE meeting, weekly meeting with clients discussing the working procedures
 & settle down any problems might arise in projects with clients&subcontractor.
 Operate, contact and facilitate all Charterer requirements for the offshore vessels operating under their contracts.
 Office manager Maridive branch office in Khafji city in Saudi Arabia preparing daily reports for headquarter , purchase& import materials for marine units if its needed, sign on and off for marine crews and visa issues, prepared financial reports and bills. Arrange with crewing and clearance department all required activities to support operation Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations examining risks and potentials estimating partners' needs and goals.
 Working experience as HSE officer / instructor at Maridive Barge offshore base / Maridive 300 to give a safety induction for new crew who are coming to work in marine units. Safety drills training “Firefighting, Sea rescue etc...
