- Validated the products that are in process and final products after manufacturing before delivering to
the customers based on the SPC and other metrics methods.
- Evaluated the defective components in laboratory using gages and other advanced microscopes to minimize the rejection ratios.

- Measurement system analysis on incoming inspection gages and various workstations in the manufacturing plant and reduced Gage errors from 48% to 27% error.
- Handled claims from the customers internally and externally by solving 2 complaints per week by timely co-ordination.
- Supported quality engineers in solving customer complaints and preparing 8D reports for customers.
- Supported quality engineer involved in the Kaizen project on BCP mechanical drift.
- Developed a golden sample for BCP product.
- Performed shop floor audits once in a month.
- Improved previously existed measuring gage and automated the gage to increase the production rate of 15%.
