- EBS: Electronic Bank Statement Application: Rule adaptation, creation, maintenance
- EBP: error handling for EBP workflows: Delegated Authority Limits, master data issues
SEFIR/Tagetik - Technical errors and process support, while submitting Tagetik, differences between SAP and Tagetik
- DAL: Delegated Authority Limits: adaptation, creation, maintenance
- RFC: Forecasting budget: cost centers, communication activities, Retail P&L, special ledger, net sales
- Others: support for any process and system related inquiries arising in accounting and reporting in those areas: OTC, PTP or RTR, resolving them or finding the correct receiver. Handling of any incidents coming in via the helpdesk tool (Classic Desk) or e-mail addresses (PM F&A Mailbox) covering: OTC, PTP or RTR

- being a part of Project Team implementing new, booking system in AP: P2P System
- management, coordination, improvement, modification of above system
- updating test cases and related defects in HP/QC/ALM
- replacing Team Leader during his absence,
- solving JIP problems as being JIP Main User (JIP - the main program used for accounting)
- processing payables transactions in JIP and SAP,
- resolving discrepancies between JIP and SAP,
- invent various of tools to improve AP`s work,
- making reports and analyzes if the situation requires it,
- constant improvement of daily processes,
- conducting trainings for newcomers,
- conducting internal trainings SAP, VAT, JIP and PO,
- helping other AP colleagues with SAP and accounting issues for all Metsa Group units: Fibre, Board, Tissue, Forest and Wood,
- cooperation with other departments within SSC,
- cooperation with Global Process Owners within Metsa Group
