As a member of the night shift team, you will join the operation team to monitor applications and servers.
Your Tasks:
• You will provide level 1 and 2 support and monitor applications and servers
• You will provide troubleshooting, tracking tickets
• You will manage escalation following the right time frame
• You will run test scenarios
You hold a degree in Computer Science
• You possess 2 to 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting with tickets system
• You are familiar with night shift
• Work experience in a banking environment is a plus
• You have experience in a Linux environment, Windows-Server
• You have an excellent knowledge of Java applications.
• English fluent ; French an asset -
Your role
As a QA Engineer, you will define and apply best practices for deliver reliable applications. Your main role is to develop and maintain automated test suits and if necessary report the detective tests.
Role:
• You are able to design, document, implement and maintain automated tests/ tests environments,
• You are in charge of the suggestion of the test strategies, the definition of test scenarios for all the projects,
• You create documentation for tests results and if necessary you will report the different issues to the team,
• You participate on Agile projects and to develop/ execute test automation scripts.
Your profile
• You hold a Bachelor/ Master in Computer Science with at least 2 years of experience in software testing experience (front-end oriented),
• You have a previous experience in Java coding
• You know software troubleshooting
• You have an excellent command of test-driven development (Junit, Jbehave, Cucumber, Selenium, Zaproxy, Karma …)
• You have sound knowledge of Linux/Unix system and RESTful principles, SOA
• You have experience in writing SQL code to prepare data and query information
• Experience leading of a test strategy from planning is an asset
• You fluently speak English and/ or French

As a member of the Development team, you will act as a partner to the Agile Project Manager for the offshoring projects.
Your Tasks:
• You will provide inputs regarding the choice of new technologies and thus participate in the improvement of applications quality
• You will design and implement efficient IS architectures
• You will work in close collaboration with Agile project managers and be responsible for the technical aspects of software development projects
• You will create the documentation related to the code for new implementations and solve technical issues
• You will collaborate with different teams in order to ensure the quality of the coding throughout the whole project.
• You hold a Master degree in Computer Science and have 3 to 5 years of experience
• You have an excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE environments, especially related to its architecture, and good knowledge of test-driven development: JUnit, JBehave, Cucumber, Selenium, etc.
• You are familiar working within an Agile environment
• SQL and database knowledge
• Willing and able to travel when needed
• English fluent ; French an asset
• ASSETS : understanding of banking concepts ; knowledge of Javascript frameworks; Good knowledge of web front and backend technologies
