Sales Management on the Polish market for TRANSPOREON and MERCAREON logistics platforms (SaaS). Comprehensive customer centric selling process:
• Business development: both identifying new leads and cross-selling activities.
• Prospection: researching and creating a pool of targeted potential customers.
• Provide consultancy and bespoke software solutions – negotiate at board level.
• Face to face meetings and presentations to C level executives (CFO, COO, CIO, CSO)

• Providing premium billing and collection services on agency billed policies for Company Statement, Account Current, and Direct Bill types.
• Collect and reconcile about 100 agents/brokers who include premium and non-premium billings and cash as well as monitor the instruments of security to maximize collections and minimize outstanding balances and delinquencies for assigned accounts within a four Business Units and three regions across the country
• Demonstrate abilities to provide accounting management team training, coaching and mentoring to new employees
• Monitored and analyzed the collections performance for assigned accounts and communicate status and issues to Collections Coordinator and Underwriters for assigned accounts.
• Provided data to support C&RM and Underwriting staff in the region, field office, and broker meetings and off-site visits as necessary.
