- Responsible for leading the overall finance function – planning, performance management, finance strategy and policy
- Management of the overall district financial operations and being a business partner for the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth and profitability
- Accountable for financial support to the team and broadly partner with the business managers and commercial leaders to provide oversight for performance against stated goals and strategies
- Coordinating the performance management and investment decisions
Developing new business opportunities by use of financial engineering, profit simulations and risk analysis
- Responsible for Large Scale Projects (LSP) solution design, financial modelling, and contract review and being part of the negotiating team opposite the customer

- Contribution to the execution of the sales, expense and profitability targets within multiple areas constituting a region by proactive control of major financial aspects of their business operations
- Analyses the direction of the market and preparation of business plans / strategic analyses for the region and review of the economic effects of strategic initiatives to enable decision making
- Contributing to preparation and evaluation of business proposals / investments as well as assisting in negotiations with the key customers, motor manufacturers and insurance companies
- Control of all the financials associated with the business and making recommendations for corrective management measures targeted at securing the operating income of the region
- Stimulates the development of others by identifying specific development possibilities, providing constructive feedback and creating tailored opportunities for growth

- Management of the financial and operational activity of the companies
- Supervision of regional reporting / analyses on financial and commercial performance
- Setting up and implementing the management control system for measurement of KPI’s
- Setting up and maintaining the operational forecasting and budgeting processes within all business areas
- Developing the necessary financial tools, procedures and infrastructure supporting the execution of the financial objectives
- Monitoring of compliance to all binding internal and external legal regulations as well as initiating the necessary corrective actions
- Management and co-ordination of restructuring and efficiency improvement projects

- Financial Management, control and supervision of all units within the region
- Preparation and consolidation of all unit reporting
- Analysis of operational results for all units and the region
- Setting up and preparation of forecasts and budgets for the region
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the existing controlling tools / procedures and initiating changes to minimize financial risks (introduction and implementation of SOX project management)
- Preparation, implementation and management of the efficiency improvement projects
- Participation in and leading projects related to the mergers and acquisitions as well as internal / external co-operations

- Management of all financial affairs of the company
- Regular corporate reporting to the holding company in Sweden / Denmark
- Supervision of the financial management of the Czech and Slovakia entities
