• providing and keeping maximum level of availability for products of Men’s Fragrance Category within EMEA, taking into consideration costs of storing goods in a warehouse;
• Cooperation within Supply Chain in order to provide proper execution of production plans and distribution of products of the Category;
• Distribution of products of the Category within EMEA region on the basis of the supply strategy;
• Controlling the planning and distribution parameters (MPS, SS, DRP);
• Short and long-term planning on the basis of available components , raw ingredients, capacity;
• Creating the weekly production plan and identification of problematic (service risk) products;
• Controlling service (Piece Fill Rate) and inventory ($);
• Managing Phase In/Phase Out process for items of the Category;
• Controlling Excess and Obsolescence;
• Identifying bottlenecks within Category and cooperation within Supply Chain (NPD, Material Planning, Production, Transportation, Warehousing) in order to eliminate them;
• Preparing the essential reports and analyses.

• Ensuring the proper level of products’ availability for the category;
• Preparing reports and KPIs (Planord Delay, ScheduleRcpt, De-Expedite, Conformance to Demand , Weekly Operational Review, SOP);
• Controlling the planning parameters (MPS, SS);
• Monitoring, reporting and resolving potential risks regarding planning process for the category.
