Quality Assurance Manager

• Dealing with major UK retailers: ASDA, Sainsbury, Tesco, Morrison’s and food services: Pizza Hut, Burger King, Subway, Whitbread.
• Ensuring product quality from raw material to finished product with application quality tools and techniques.

• Developing and maintenance of all laboratory sampling to meet customer and legal specifications
• Controlling product and raw material release
• Managing of the laboratory team (12 people) to ensure that all samples are analysed to a high standard by suitably trained staff within a time limit
• Leading and maintaining appropriate QC procedures in accordance with Quality Management System;
• Investigating atypical results and quality system failures and action accordingly
• Liaising with external laboratories for external testing
• Developing and maintenance of all laboratory sampling to meet customer and legal specifications
