 Participation in a project team and being in charge of product development;
 Customer contact for technical aspects of the project;
 Understanding and applying all technical requirements from the customer to support the project;
 Preparing and updating all technical documents;
 Leading and implementing the DFMEA corrective actions;
 Responsibility for the design of a platform;
 Conducting the design reviews;
 Ordering prototype and launching tests;
 Analyzing the data and ensuring the specifications are met;
 Responsibility for all corrective actions regarding product description;
 Preparation and updating of technical specification files (drawings, standards, technical B.O.M.) in consultation with the project team;
 Coordination of all R&D activities related to the development of the new product;

 Construction of hydraulic shock absorbers for motor vehicles
 Cooperation with the client (car manufacturer) and suspension builders in defining the product specification
 Implementation of the project (from concept development to implementation to production) in accordance with the assumed schedule
 Planning and supervision of analytical and experimental verification of the product
 Planning and supervision over the construction of prototypes
 Supervision over engineering changes in the aspect of checking technical documentation, material specifications, etc.
 Solving engineering / quality problems related to the implementation of the product for production

 Create and update technical documentation,
 Definition specification and requirements to production process,
 Analize process production
 Specification new tooling to machines
 Implementation and coordinate development of the manufacturing process
 Cooperation with suppliers and product engineers
