• Define and implement program plans, budgets and schedules ensuring coordinated planning and realization of product development, tooling and start-up program.

• Manage the Simultaneous Development Team and coordinate communication and deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. engineering/manufacturing, engineering/sales).
