Securing availability and competitive price of wooden raw materials, biomass, chemicals for the HDF board production, spare parts as well as consumable articles. Organizing effective and cost competitive transport for the purchased products. Managing of wood reception, incoming control of raw materials on wood yard. Creating and maintain supply chain and keeping good relations with strategic, private and small scale suppliers.

Acting as Wood Procurement Manager in IKEA Trading Area Central Europe being responsible for components and raw material procurement from external and internal non IKEA suppliers as well as market monitoring, data collecting and sharing information within the whole supply chain.

From 2001 on Business Developer (Purchaser) position working in Flat Line, Mix Material and Solid Wood team, in the Supply Chain being responsible overall for business towards organization goals and targets, driving, inspiring and motivating the team, focused on supplier growth, development and performance in three main areas: turnover, logistic and quality, purchasing the goods worth over 400 MPLN/year. 1998 – 2001 acting as technician responsible for product implementation, production, quality and supplier support.
