Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back (Harvey McKay).

Among all things peple lack the most time is the most prescious. Good planning and organization can spare some of it every day though. Focusing on time makes our meetings efficient, our messages clear and turns our dreams into plans.
At Toastmasters we learn how to manage time ang get the most out of it. We work on our communication and leadership skills. Everything to make our meetings worthwhile.

Toastmasters International is an organization coaching public speakers and leaders with over 80 years of tradition. We have with great success prepared professional public speakers from the shy and scared people who have joined us. We help communicate better whether it is in class with students, in your job with colleagues or simply in every-day life. Employers all over the world recognize the value of leadership skills participating in Toastmasters teaches.

Joining us there you can learn:
- how to give public presentations
- how to speak impromptu
- how to evaluate speeches
- how to find out tools and tricks to improve your own public speaking skills

We will be waiting for you on Thursday the 18th of August, 7 pm (19:00) at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa, Ratajczaka 5/7, room 213. The meeting topic is Time – we will cover extensively methods of dealing with stage-fright and have another educational session on giving presentations.
