Key Account Manager

MWT Solutions sp. z o.o., Prague,. We are currently looking for a Business Developer to join our new office in Prague.

Responsibilities:
•Lead nurturing
•Pipeline building
•Sales Management (360’)
•Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling differentiators
•Weekly reporting activities in internal CRM tool
•Participating in regular business reviews
•Overall responsibility for business development of IT Service Management products and professional services
•Creating a strategy for the office in Prague
•Building, maintaining and leading a high-performance team

Requirements:
•Fluent in Czech
•Business English
•Strong prospecting and networking skills
•A team player with the ability to work with own initiative
•Skills to identify customer needs and challenges
•Presentation skills to demonstrate company’s solutions and services
•Result orientation with systematic sales execution and sales planning
•1+ year of IT sales experience
•Market knowledge
•IT background
•Driving license
