Our client is a large international FMCG company with a well known
brand of products. Due to their dynamic development and expansion in
the CE region they are now expanding and consolidating their supply
chain and distribution operation.

MISSION
Reporting the Global Supply Chain Director for functional and
Regional Director for operational issues, you will be responsible
for the main regional CE distribution hub and the management of the
Third Party Logistics contracts. Main tasks will include:

- Managing the CE regional supply chain management team covering the
aspects of supply chain of Supply Planning, Logistics and Demand &
Inventory management.
- Particular focus on the Pick and Pack operations
- Managing the flow of products into the region and its distribution
around the region, working closely with the Group Supply Chain in
European HQs located in the Western capital city
- All aspects of the day to day operations within the region,
working closely with the regional senior management team
- Leading, training and development of the team to establish
excellent levels of customer service across the region
- Others tasks as required:



REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:

- Degree level education in relevant area
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, General
Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution in (Eastern) Europe
- Experience in a dynamic environment (FMCG, cosmetics or likes),
good knowledge of Manufacturing and managing Third Party Logistics,
good ERP systems experience
- Confident, good negotiation, presentation and leadership skills,
able to think both strategically as well as do the details
- Positive personality and attitude to develop close working
relationships with both regional management and group management
- Fluent English, other languages especially Polish are additional
asset
