Your Responsibilities:
•Develop products in accordance with the specifications agreed upon during the quotation phase, delivering
complete technical specifications (dimensional drawings, technical drawings, parts list, etc.) •Safeguard the
functionality, performance, quality, reliability, safety, produce-ability and cost price of the developed products
•Monitor the progress of the assigned activities and ensure timely completion or early warnings of delay
•As a member of a multi-disciplinary team communicate clearly and pro-actively the support required to execute
the allocated activities to team members and to the Factory Development Manager •Support Manufacturing R&D,
in realizing product quality and process efficiency inbound and outbound.
•As a member of a multi-disciplinary team contribute to establish an inspiring and challenging atmosphere and
good working relationships
•Participate in continuous improvements in the way-of-working, tools, methods and product concepts •Give input in
early phases of new development projects regarding ETO requirements •Provide the input needed to manage the
overall (standard + ETO) product portfolio. (quality, cost reductions, range extension, manufacturability)
Your Profile:
* You have a Bachelor, master or Higher degree in the field of mechanical engineering
* You have 0-10 years experience in High Tech product development
* You have Knowledge and experience using CAD tools pro-E, Solid edge, Unigraphics NX or FEM
* Hands-on mentality, Analytically strong.
* Quality Driven * Pro-active, results-oriented and you persevere.
* Focused and determined to finish actions started; sees through to completion
* Able to learn quickly and transfer knowledge to other engineers
* Understanding the principles of lean in an office environment
* Open to new ideas and different points-of-view
* Self Steering
* Structured worker
* Fluent in English
* You are a Team Player
