3 days of interpreting at Classic Homeopathic Medicine’s Seminar in Poznań - a completely new discipline for me. First day terrible stress and long working day from 10.00 -18.00 + dinner and back home the first day at 22.30. I was destroyed, I couldn’t fall asleep so I wake up tired and still stressed with a light headache which increased during interpreting, I could not relax even if I saw that I have no problem with translating. The headache became so serious so I decided to take some medicine but the Italian doctor of homeopathic medicine http://www.konstantos.com/A_ING_Home.htm said to me to not take any medicine and show me where I should push a little my head - after 10/15 minutes I think the headache disappear and my muscles on my head and neck relax.
In this 3 days I learnt very interesting NEW things and as in all professions to be GOOD you must have very good knowledge, practise and passion for your job and I think that VERY GOOD doctors of Classic Homeopathy Medicine are SEEN by the doctors of classic medicine and simple people like Alice Mille is seen by other psychologists and simple people who do not agree with her.

Temat: Homeopatia Klasyczna

Nie jest tajemnica, ze umiejetne uciskanie glowy czy karku w roznych miejscach przynosi ulge. Niektore bole glowy pochodza ze stresu i przemeczenia i spiecie miesni karku powoduje, ze naczynia krwinosne sa zwezone, mozg nie jest dobrze ukrwiony, a co za tym idzie, nie jest dotleniony.

Poniewaz walcze zmigrena od kilku lat, powiem,ze na ten bol sama tabletka nie wystarczy. Gdy siega mnie ten bol, zaczynam wykonywac proste cwiczenia szyi, unosze ramiona lub prosze partnera o masaz karku.

Co do homeopatii.. mysle, ze dziala tak samo, jak woda swiecona. Daje poczucie, ze czlowiek zrobil cos dobrego i nieszkodliwego, samopoczucie sie poprawia, a za tym rozluzniaja sie miesnie.... i bol ustepuje lub sie zmniejsza.

Skończyłam czytać tą książkę o homeopatii klasycznej, którą dostałam od Włocha homeopaty no i jakoś mnie do końca nie przekonuje -:((
