Get a piece of bendable, but fairly heavy duty wire. Twist end to create a loop or hook to grab at your locking mechanism. Obtain rubber wedge/door stop. Use rubber wedge to carefully pry open the top of the door enough to insert wire catcher, grab at your lock until your successful.Source: This is how a repo-dude unlocked my car for me when I locked myself out at a gas station.
