Permitting and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

Regulatory Complance Coordiantor will provide support to the Warsaw - based operations, HES team, and Worldwide Drilling and Completions by coordinating the permitting of wells, pipelines, and other infrastructure as well as any follow-up reposrting requirements.

Familiarity with Polish Mining and Environmental Regulations is essential, and previous experience in oil and gas operations and permitting oil and gas wells in Poland.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in Poland permitting oil and gas weels, or 10 years experience in Poland permitting in other mining operations.

Language:
Candidate should be fluent in Polish and be proficient enough in English to work in an English - speaking office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Build on existing MPPS work to identify all needed permits and timeframes to obtain those permits to enable drilling of oil and gas wells.
- Coordinate the activities of all parties involved in preparing the various parts of these parmits.
- Prepare and file all permit applications related to MPPS activities in Poland.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies in insuring al MPPS activities are conducted in accordance with applicable permits and regulations.
- Provide assistace to MPPS WWD&C and Operations in ensuring the drill well schedule, construction schedule, or other operations will have the required permits as needed based on operational schedules, or recommend modifications to schedules if permits will not be available.
- Evaluates and coordianates responses to proposed changes to rules or guidelines from regulatory agencies pertaining to drilling, recompletion, workover and other operational issues.
- Provides assistance to MOC Government Affairs on attneding industry forums, participating on goverment committes, conducting analysis of proposed tax changes etc.
