Cracovie - CISCOResponsabilities:
• Ensure every candidate and new hire has an exceptional experience while pursuing a career at Cisco
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate candidate
• Partner with recruiters to quickly and accurately get offers approved, created, delivered, and returned
• Initiate and track completion of background checks, rehire screening, and/or immigration processing
• Assist new hires in getting documentation returned and liaise with hiring managers to ensure equipment and work space is ready in time for a successful first day at Cisco
• Build an effective partnership with aligned recruiters to assist them in attracting the best talent to Cisco
We are looking for candidates with:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Attracting the best talent requires a customer-oriented mentality ⏤ this means an articulate and helpful communication style, detail orientation, and being highly responsive to stakeholders
• Outstanding interpersonal & relationship management skills you must be a "people person" and thrive in a team setting, as you will be communicating and building relationships with recruiters, candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; this role involves exposure to sensitive information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Fluent in French and English,
• Flexibility in work schedule may be requested.
