Temat: Dla tych co uczestnicza Power-gen Europe.
Zapraszam serdecznie, juz w ten wtorek. With today's power generation sector under intense pressure to reduce maintenance costs and downtime, the question of component repair vs replacement becomes crucial. Wojciech Betlej, Quartzelec's lead Generator Design Engineer will present at Powergen Europe in Cologne on Tuesday 3rd June, 2pm. Discussing new advances in repair techniques and stress analysis which can extend the feasibility of a repair than traditionally thought, looking specifically at a damaged generator rotor and the economic and logistical benefits of repair over scrappage.
Online partial discharge and endwinding vibration measurement will become a crucial part of future generator monitoring systems allowing early detection of stator component degradation and planning of subsequent remedial actions. Dr Bernhard Fruth will be presenting on this subject at Powergen Europe in Cologne on Tuesday 3rd June. Paper Title: Issues associated with Resonance and Vibration in Generator Endwindings. Reviewing test and repair techniques, traditional monitoring and a move to monitoring using wireless sensor technologies.
This Tuesday at Power-Gen Europe. Hope to see you there!
