Check out bbc.co.uk, and go to their radio section. They have a lot of podcasts of theme-based radio shows.

Even if you don't find something you can use, you might find something of interest.

Incidentally the learning English section of bbc.co.uk has a great news piece, where short news reports are presented together with glossaries and mp3's of the text.
