MICROSTRATEGY CONSULTANT - entry and senior level

Your role:

•Provide support for MicroStrategy’s product suite and its
underlying technologies.
•Develop relationships with MicroStrategy customers and
partners through customer interface during project development
and production system maintenance.
•Find solutions to problems reported while using MicroStrategy’s
product suite through analytical troubleshooting abilities.
•Work in a team environment to provide unparalleled support to
customers in a wide variety of industries.
•Prioritize and communicate product defects and enhancements
to development teams.
•Contribute to research and growth of the MicroStrategy
Knowledge Base by creating customer-facing documentation of
all technical solutions and product documentation addendums.
•Enhance personal and professional growth by participating in
Internal Training Programs.
•You will be based in Warsaw and available to work in any
European city

Your Qualification Profile:

•Bachelors degree and/or equivalent business experience or
technical education
•You have already gained some on-the-job experience to one or
more application development tools, database and Web
technologies.
•Language Skills: fluent in Polish and English and preferably
speak other languages such as Russian, German, French,
Spanish, Italian
