Jesli jesteś absolwentem Uniwersytetu Jagiellonskiego lub wlasne konczysz studia (dowolny kierunek) i chcesz poznac jak wyglada Google od podszewki zglos sie na 3 -miesieczny, platny staz w oddziale firmy w Dublinie (styczen - marzec 2007).

Google invites Jagiellonian University Students and Graduated to an internship based in Dublin (AdWords/AdSense teams).

Responsibilities: - Review customer applications and accounts for policy compliance. - Approve or deny accounts based on program criteria. - Provide excellent customer service to Google customers and users. - Respond to customer service inquiries by email. - Help new users learn and adopt Google's products. - Troubleshoot various customer problems related to product usage and program participation. - Consistently monitor emails, customer feedback and satisfaction.

Requirements: - BA/BS degree or equivalent. - Fluency in English OR English and German. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. - Detail-oriented; ability to complete a large volume of quality work quickly. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Superb organizational skills. - Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude. - Customer service/ client service experience a plus. - Related experience in an internet company a plus.

The interns will. - Have opportunities to develop their skill set, work on real life issues, and make a real impact. - Get exposure to senior Googlers. - Have a valuable learning experience and depart with a greater understanding of Google. - Have Fun.
