TRAINING FOR TRAINERS / 2 DAYS WORKSHOP

In today’s multicultural business environment, more and more
companies are searching for training delivered in English. Most trainers are able to speak English, but are they able to train in English?

This two-day workshop gives trainers the opportunity to exercise and improve their training skills in the company of their colleagues, and to examine some techniques for delivering effective training in English. The workshop will be led by Keith Byrne and Hugh Bilton.

Keith Byrne was born in Dublin, Ireland, where he studied Linguistics. He has worked as a trainer in Germany and Poland, specialising in Communication. Since 2002 he has been the owner and director of Select Training Solutions, where he has worked with Krakow’s leading multinational companies, as well as small businesses with an eye on the foreign market.

Hugh Bilton is a native Australian, who has years of
experience in Sales and Customer Relations training in the travel and hospitality industries. Since 2000 he has been involved in training Trainers. He spent some time living in Vienna, Austria, before moving to Krakow and joining Select.

The workshop takes place on 16th and 17th January 2010, but places are limited, and decided on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
