czy orientują się Państwo jak "zabrać się" za temat sprzedaży apteki?

1. Prepare sales memoradum
history of the company, strengths inc
- the last three years profit and loss accounts,
- contracts and agreements wiht suppliers, building, staff, licences, regulatory permissions)
- confirmation from ZUS and US that you are up to date with payments
- details of credits, leasings
- list of employees, salaries and their responsibilities
- reason for sale
- the competitive landscape,
- make a separate file of things that may be going on that are not legal (kasa for expenses that are not allowed but are real, staff who are employed on sub contract agreements who are really employees) or even worse illegal stuff. this obviously can be discussed with a buyer face to face but not be put in the documentation.

make a "teaser" key details, revenues, profits, number of years trading, town but without the name, and create an NDA.

make a long list of potential buyers, it might be a big network or a local competitor. Delete the ones that are unacceptable

call them up, ask who would be responsible for buying chemists, speak to them, describe it in positive terms and whether they are interested, if yes, then send the "teaser" and NDA , with a deadline,
if NDA is signed then send sale memorandum.

if you don't know how much to ask, look here http://dlafarmacji.pl/sprzedaz and call places similar to ask how much they want. if they won't tell you their finances probably they are losing money and you shouldn't bother.

If the pharmacy is losing money it may not be worth anything at all
