For our client, international well-established manufacturing company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in Regional Manager position at a new Shared Service Center in Poland (Warsaw).Role/Purpose:
This is a coordinator level position. As part of the Management Team, this position reports directly to the Head of Global Business Applications and has direct reports. The AM Regional Lead is responsible for the following areas: Knowledge Coordination and Ticket Dispatching, Training and Staff Development, Problem Resolution and Quality Assurance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination of team members and Global Functional Leads in the corresponding region
Overall respnsible for the SAP 2nd Level Support in his/her region
Ticket dispatching and reporting
Manage ticket queue for their functional area
Reporting of tickets for service packs and releases
Act as contact for the regional management
Provide ticket report by region to Head of Global Business Applications
Build up team for the regional SAP support organization
Support hiring process for corresponding region
Responsible for the onboarding and training coordination of new hires
Provide RFC process training to his/her team, Power Users and Service Owners
Responsible for regional AM budget
As per need, represent the Application Management in change control meetings and maintain
systems based upon feedback from working sessions and business changes
Knowledge Coordinator / Ticket Dispatcher
This function has a direct impact on the overall ability of the company's Application Management to
provide a higher level of quality SAP support. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the Poland-HUB SAP Application Management team
Develop and maintain a knowledge management system and processes

Develop a knowledge management reporting to determine new target areas for knowledge capture
within the SAP Application Management environment
Measure success of Ticket resolution
Work closely with peer employees on the solutions to ensure a stable and accurate SAP system
Ensure a “knowledge-sharing” culture by communicating with the local business people, the local
management team and the global overall SAP Application management team.
Training and Staff Development
This function is critical for the continued education of company's SAP Application
Management individual skill assessment and training plans.
Provide necessary training or coordinate training with outside resources for the company's
SAP Application Management.

local Power User and Service Owner community.
Quality Assurance
This function is vital to the working relationship between the companys business units and with
the purpose of ensuring customer satisfaction and appropriate ticket handling by the SAP Application
Management team. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the SAP Application Management team understands and follows the Cahnge Request
Process.
Monitor correct usage of ticket handling and reporting for approporiate customer service.
Monitor the problem management tracking system to ensure that priority issues have been prioritized
correctly and if necessary increase priorities of those issues.
Recommend process and procedure enhancements to the company's SAP Application
Management and identify potential support areas in need of additional training to ensure continued
improvement.
Communicate through established means to keep both the customer and support organization
informed of status and resolution.
Critical Competencies / Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 years of working experience with SAP ERP or SAP CRM
Language skills: Proficient in English and Polish, effective in German would be appreciated.
At least 3 years of Management experience as team lead for not less than 10 people
Experienced leading a SAP team out a global delivery center, experience in setting up a SAP team in
a global delivery center would be appreciated.
Good communication skills
Understand and respect different cultures
Additional Requirements:
May require moderate to extensive travel depending on business needs.
