Specialized Sales Representative – Fusion Middleware TechGB market Poland and Ukraine

Summary description

The Fusion Middleware (FMW) TechGB Specialized sales Representative carries the responsibility for the total license sales revenue from Oracle Fusion Middleware Software based solutions (SOA, AS, IDM, E2.0, GG) in the TechGB segment in Poland and Ukraine. Takes ownership for the relationship and development of selected FMW focused partners and proactively develops and expands the ‘indirect’ FMW business with these partners.

Scope

The FMW Sales Representative reports directly to CE TechGB Cluster Management and on country level getting business directions from the TechGB leaders in Poland and Ukraine. The TechGB Fusion Middleware Sales Representative (FMW Co-prime Sales) carries responsibility for selling solutions based on Oracle Fusion Middleware and works to achieve given revenue target, working closely and in a co-prime setup with the technology sales force. Develops, grows and maintains effective business/sales relationships with FMW focused partners in both countries ensuring to increase our indirect FMW business thru our business partners using FMW Channel Sales Management

Responsibilities

Winning new license sales revenue from solutions based on Oracle Fusion Middleware in line with targets, on a quarterly and annual basis directly and thru selected FMW focused partners
Providing FMW sales and business knowledge in the designated product set
Maintaining an understanding of the designated product market in order to identify and prioritize the key opportunities for Oracle in that market
Developing, maintaining and communicating a pipeline of future business that underwrites achievement of targets. Pro-actively drives sales activities, high levels of partner- and customer interaction and marketing activity to develop future pipeline and new business
Providing accurate/timely management information and revenue forecast via Oracle’s CRM system (Siebel
Defining and leading the implementation of, an effective Sales Plan for the designated product set.
Working as part of a virtual team on sales campaigns. Analyzing and interpreting industry trends and business drivers related to the product set
Working with, and influencing the activities of Oracle Partners as appropriate
Monitoring and communicating competitive activity and Oracle’s differentiators.
Accountabilities

FMW Target achievement and FMW business development
Maintain an understanding of the product set and its future development
Work with the TechGB sales force on specific opportunities
Actively research developments in the product area internally and in the marketplace
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell the designated product within the installed base
Generate, communicate and monitor Sales Leads. Identify and maintain an internal network of people who can support achievement of the business plan Produce accurate forecasts and pipeline data through Oracle Sales Online
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Invitations to Tender ITTs). Attend and present at appropriate marketing events and key industry conferences
Work with Alliances to engage and develop joint value propositions with selected partners. Develop and present internal Sales Training
Key requirements for the role

Minimum 5 years proven track record in a technology software solution sales role
Experience with competing technologies in the area of middleware, SOA, integration technologies, E2.0, DB Security and IDM solutions
Established network at line of business leaders and Business Partners in Poland and Ukraine
Good time management and organization skills
