Lead Functional Tester Job Description
The applicant for the Functional Lead Tester position needs to meet the following requirements:
Experience and skilled in playing games on multiple platforms
Interested and skilled in games of different genres
A very good eye for detail
Able to think ‘out of the box’ and think of creative ways to break a game
Able to backtrack and isolate the cause of encountered problems
Able to maintain focus and concentration while performing seemingly monotonous tasks
Knowledge and basic understanding of the technical aspects of game hardware and software
Ability to following strict test plans
Ability to notice any deviation from a game’s intended design and functionality
Able to work in a team and own his own

To be attached to the CV:
A gaming history of the candidate would be appreciated
History in the games business and projects worked on before
