Temat: "get started with oracle database 11g xe" nie otwiera się...
Witam wszystkich, którzy mogą pomóc.Jestem totalnym laikiem w bazach danych i dopiero zaczynam przygodę z oracle. Zainstalowałem bazę jednak nie mogę dostać się do "panelu sterowania oracle" poprzez plik "get started with oracle database 11g xe".
W googlach znalazłem mnóstwo odpowiedzi na zagranicznych stronach, aby zmieniać adres wpisując port 8080 w moim przypadku 8081, bo taki jest ustawiony jednak w ich przypadku strona nie otwierała nic. W moim przypadku strona się otwiera jednak są tylko napisy w htmlu.
Sytuacja jest taka sama na dwóch systemach win 8.1 x 64 i win server 2008 r2 x 64 i w przeglądarkach explorer i chrome.
