Job Type: Contract(1 Year)
Voice Integration Engineer to be the primary interface for internal customers and other technical groups for voice related technical, informational and procedural assistance in all cases when their subject matter expertise is required. Responsibility for the quality and timely processing of all maintenance activities on all supported voice platforms Globally. Ensure that all related tasks are handled in a controlled and compliant manner against all internal policies and procedures, and external rules and regulations. The voice products supported include Avaya & Cisco PBX, NICE loggers, IVRs, Dialers, etc.
• Extensive technical knowledge of the Nice/Verint/Cybertech Voice Recording Solutions with Trading and Contact Centre deployments
• Call Center Expertise - ACD, Avaya PBX, ASAI, GeoTel, Network IVR, and Voice and Data Networks
• Strong technical support skills with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring voice recording systems.
• Experience in supporting Avaya Telephony Systems (Communication manager, AES, CMS, IVR)
• Experience in supporting Genesys Telephony Systems
• Experience in supporting Computer Telephony Integration (AIC, Genesys, Cisco ICM)
• Experience in supporting Session Border Controller preferred ACME Packet, Oracle, Covergence
• Supporting Cisco Telephony Systems (Cisco CUCM, UCCX)
• Experience using SQL Server, Reporting Services Data mining, Business Intelligence (BI)
• Windows Server, Linux (RHEL) and Solaris OS systems
• Good understanding of traffic erlang calculation
• DB´s Oracle 11g
• LAN/WAN technology
• Contact center solutions including IVR, Aspect Dialers
• Knowledge of IP addressing and Access Control Lists
• Understanding of Firewall technologies
• Experience in supporting Voice infrastructure
• Good understanding of VoIP architecture
• Good understanding of VoIP protocols including SIP and H323
• Good understanding of SIP trunking
• Good understanding of IP network (Switching and Routing)
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to manage aggressive deadlines
• Attention to details
• Fluent level of English speaker
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
College/university degree preferred
Voice certifications / qualifications
5+ years technical / platform experience.
