A goal of the conferenceA goal of the 8th year of conference is exchange in theoretical and practical base of knowledge and experiences dealing with management and development of human potential in a company. This confrontation between theory and practice should focus on the necessity to change approaches in forming, motivating and developing of strategic intellectual capital of
a company and the presentation of the newest results and methods achieved by authors in their scientific and research activity.
Orientation of the conference
The above mentioned conference focuses on knowledge and information from the following areas:
- general problems of human potential management (strategic management, human potential, social responsibility, fight for talent, life-long education and career, good employer image, work performance management, influence of world slump depression to decision making in area of staff of company, employment of employee at middle and high age, flexible forms of work, personal marketing, personal audit, personal controlling, knowledge management, modern forms of communication, coaching, talent management), self-assessment of human potential (20/70/10 principle), human potential development and innovations,
- personal activities in a company (job analysis, planning of human potential, head-hunting, selection, employees acceptance, adaptation process, appraisal
of employees´ performance, education and career development, firing, information systems for personal work),
- motivation and motivating of human potential, awarding, instigating for growth of human capacity, potential and performance, motivation theories, satisfaction
of human potential, methods of workers satisfaction analysis in the context of value analysis, motivational characteristics of managers and superiors,
- using of human potential for organization functioning assessment,
- practical experiences in human potential development (experiences of managers dealing with human resource/ human potential management and development),
- contemporary ergonomics and environmental situation in companies (accidents at workplace, diseases caused by work performance, application of ergonomic aspects in standards creation, evaluation of working and technological processes from
