From the candidates for Software Engineer position we expect:
- Strong technical background
- Strong aptitude for solving problems through computing solutions
- Demonstrable advanced experience with C, C++ or Java (preferred)
- Demonstrable experience with RDBMS systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, shell, etc.
- Ability to demonstrate logical thinking, decisiveness and drive in taking on and completing tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams within and outside the organization.
- BS/MSc in a Computer Science, Software or other Engineering
- Expertise in any of the following technologies highly preferred:

From the candidates for SOA/BPM Consultant position we expect:
- 6+ years of proven experience in architecting or designing SOA or BPM solutions (preferably based on Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle BPM)
- Advanced, hands-on experience in implementation of Java & J2EE applications
- Proven working experience with web servers and application servers (preferably Oracle WLS)
- Proven working experience with data integration tools preferred
- Very good understanding of integration design patterns
- Strong aptitude for solving problems through computing solutions
- Ability to demonstrate logical thinking, decisiveness and drive in taking on and completing tasks.
