You can go out, have a chat with your friends over a glass of wine

I did that yesterday. Today I'm having a lazy family evening.

Compared with this so-called real fun, this picture bombardment campaign borders on masturbation.

ha! ha! ha! :))))
A., what's your problem? Any complex?
Do you REALLY think we are frustrated, lonely spinsters who get some sort of sexual satisfaction when taking photos? :))))

Well, actually, I don't give a shit for what you think, simply because such immature and impolite comments disqualify their author.

Oh, and finally... you'll be very lucky if you ever in your life meet as sensual woman as I am. So don't you worry about my way of satisfying my sexual needs. I know how to take care of it.Anetta M. edytował(a) ten post dnia 31.01.09 o godzinie 21:16

I believe the word 'masturbation' was used in the context of 'satisfaction'. In a way, 'self satisfaction'.
On the border of satisfying one's self.
There's nothing wrong with choosing nice photos and posting them, as there's nothing wrong with making yourself happy with it.
Hence, there's nothing to get angry about.
There's no problem unless you say so, or mention about a problem.

Yours too Jarek, can you "Cytuj" me and tell me how your trip went overall?
I'm going to bed, still sick, and hoping to find my head in same place tomorrow, but I may not follow each and every thread.ilter K. edytował(a) ten post dnia 31.01.09 o godzinie 23:21

I think I already did in some other thread. Sorry if I didn't.

Aaaaanywho - my trip was exhausting yet interesting. It was 12 hr long workdays with only two afternoons/evenings for tourism.

Loved the kebabs, even though one I had tasted funky. I haven't noticed any dogs around in Istanbul. Kinda freak me out. I've also tasted a local special: peppers stuffed with rice and meat and spices. Yummy.

People seemed more than just polite - honestly, no irony here. Hardly anyone spoke English though, even at the hotel. It made it kinda difficult to communicate.

I've seen the Galata tower (climbed it too), Sultanahmet, Hagia Sofia, Bosphorus and the Golden Horn.

What also surprised me was literally hundreds of people with guitars in the streets. Istanbul must be a musical Eldorado! I've the street with music stores you told me about. I've posted a photo of it somewhere on Anglo.

All in all - Turkey was OK.

Cheers again for the provided info.

hehe :) No, we don't like dogs in our kebaps.
Actually the 1st reason of that is, we don't own pets in the frequency and amount of Poles, or other Europeans. 2nd thing is, the local authorities are somehow like gestapo in Turkey, maybe thanks to the pressure of animal protection associations. You can't see any dogs freely walking on the streets. At least in the central districts of big cities.
I've also tasted a local special: peppers stuffed with rice and meat and spices. Yummy.
Now THAT's the real Turkish meal. It is called "Dolma". I missed it although it wasn't my favorite while back in Turkey.

I believe so. Well, if your hotel wasn't at least a 4 star one, and not located in a touristic district, that is.
Foreign language education in public schools sucks in Turkey. Definately worse than Poland.

Great!
Now, where's the photos?

Yes, that street you've been to, is THE source :)
Also, the fact that music and entertainment bussiness is BIG and very diverse in Turkey, and Istanbul is being the media capital of it, there's no wonder you're impressed.
I feel disconnected from fun, when I'm in Poland.
Only the atmosphere in San Fransisco could compete with the fun I've had in Istanbul.
I've posted a photo of it somewhere on Anglo.
Must go and fetch it...
All in all - Turkey was OK.

You're welcome, my pleasure. I'm glad that you've seen some places that I like in Istanbul, and you're still in one piece. hehe

That's VERY embarrassing and odd then [that they can't properly communicate in English].

Photos are amazing - at least for me. Damn, I missed the city.

It made me smile and it made me laugh when a response to this came to me :)))
But I wont provoke a sick man with a sick joke. It might just go all too wrong :P
